Reschedule Your Booking

We’ve made it easy for you to reschedule your Santa Photo session.
You will find the “Reschedule” button in both your “Booking Confirmation” and “Booking Reminder” emails from ‘Santa at Scene to Believe’.

Once you have clicked the reschedule button in the email, you will be redirected to your booking page where you can search for a new booking time (subject to availability).

Cancel Your Booking

If you need to cancel your booking, you will find the ‘Cancel’ button in your “Booking Confirmation” or “Booking Reminder” email from ‘Santa at Scene to Believe’. You will be redirected to your booking – please click on the ‘Cancel’ button below the QR code.

Please Note: If you cancel a Booking, a cancellation fee applies.  Your refund will depend on the cancellation Refund Policy, as agreed to in the Terms of Sale at the time of booking.

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Cancellation up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time will incur a 10% service fee of the total purchase amount.
  • Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours prior to the scheduled booking time incurs a 25% service fee of the total purchase amount.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time incurs a 50% service fee of the total purchase amount.
